If you order a free trial, you will be emailed a username and password, valid for one month.

If you order a subscription, you will be emailed a username and password, valid for twelve months. However, they will cease to operate after 30 days if no payment is received.

You can request your current subscription details at any time. If you wish to alter your subscription, the charge for the unexpended proportion of the current period may be adjusted.

Small Print

“Users” means “people in your organisation who are likely to access SPPAN ”.

“Charity” means “a charity registered in the UK or Scotland ”.

“Community organisation” means “an organisation constituted to serve its community ”. Examples can include Scottish Community Councils or amenity groups. Local authorities and government organisations are not included.

SPPAN licences are provided on the understanding that access to SPPAN is restricted to members or employees of your organisation (users) and that the username, password or files will not be redistributed to any other person or organisation.
